Executive Team

1. Graham Jackson CEO
   A seasoned executive with more than 23 years’ experience in sales, retail and technology. Before Fluent Commerce, Graham was SVP of APJ and China for SAP Hybris, and previously Managing Director for Bazaarvoice. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent.

2. Darius Coveney COO/CFO
   An internationally experienced finance and operations leader who has worked across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas, including ten years at Macquarie Group. Since 2013 Darius has been CEO, COO and CFO for listed and unlisted technology companies.

3. Jamie Cairns Chief Growth Officer
   Jamie is responsible for how Fluent Commerce sets the global standard in inventory and order management, focused on go to market, product and financials. He hosts the Innovators in Commerce & Delivery podcast and has spent 20+ years taking new solutions into new markets.

4. Nicola Kinsella Chief Strategy Officer
   Over 20 years in B2B and B2C enterprise commerce, supply chain and logistics technology. Nicola holds a BA in History and Politics from Macquarie University and is a founding member of the Product Marketing Alliance.

5. Rob Crowley Chief Technology Officer
   Rob has held a wide variety of technical roles across banking, retail and software: analyst, consultant, architect and head of engineering. As CTO he translates boardroom strategy into day-to-day delivery and owns the technology roadmap.

6. David Miller SVP Technology
   Dave has worked in technology and engineering for over 20 years, managing software and cloud infrastructure teams across the public sector, media, banking, insurance and retail. He was previously Engineering Manager for News Corp.

7. Chad Hooker SVP Global Channel & Alliances
   A digital commerce and OMS expert with more than 18 years in enterprise software sales and delivery. Chad leads the team behind Fluent Commerce’s partner network across EMEA, North America and APAC.

8. Ingrid Bernard Global VP Customer Success
   Ingrid owns our clients’ overall experience and success. She has over 15 years in IT delivering strategic consulting and building customer success teams, including as Director of EMEA Customer Success at SAP Hybris.

9. Jarryd Zankovic SVP Product
   Jarryd leads Product Management, Design, and Enablement and Learning. Two decades of experience integrating physical and digital commerce for brands including Volkswagen, Lenovo, Honda, Westfield, ASOS, DHL and Google.

10. Alan Jackson SVP Solution Engineering & Presales
    Alan has spent over 15 years working with technology providers across Europe, North America and APAC, including SAP and Google. Today he leads a global solution engineering practice.

11. Alex Pusenjak VP People & Culture
    Alex designs and implements our people strategy, bringing over 10 years of HR leadership. His focus is onboarding, a career model framework, a competitive global benefits program, and diversity, equality and inclusion.

12. Keith Chong VP Finance
    Keith leads our global finance team and is Company Secretary. He brings over 20 years across FMCG, retail and tech, including a multi-year international finance transformation program for Google and Finance Director at The ICONIC.
